If your product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, don’t worry - we’ve got you covered.
Since all Kittonix items are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please double-check our size guides before purchasing.
Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns must be processed online and refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to customer's account.
Returned items must be in the condition you received it. We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
We are happy to cover reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. If Kittonix is not at fault, however, customers must pay for return shipping.
