Our products are made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to produce your items before they ship. Once shipped via, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
While we’ll do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, once it’s with the carrier, any delays are unfortunately out of our hands.

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time. All Kittonix products are made to order, just for you, and processed in the order we receive it.
Making products when they’re ordered instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after production is complete, and we find that most orders arrive within 5-7 days of purchase.

If your product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged - we’ve got you covered.
Send us an email at hello@kittonix.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. We may ask for a photo to confirm the issue.
Since all Kittonix items are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please double-check our size guides before purchasing!
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or altered.
If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover the cost to fix it.
